Haircuts (Emma's First)

So, Tuesday night was errand night. We started off by getting haircuts. We usually leave that to Mike's sister Helene, but with them living in Bountiful it's not always convenient, and with more kids, it just has gotten harder. So, we paid a visit to Great Clips. For Emma, her hair is still so thin, I just wanted it evened out. So, just a trim to make sure the back and front were even. She was great and liked it. Mike stated he was not surprised because Emma loves to look in the mirror.

Ashton like Mike needs to have the sides trimmed (especially around the ears), and then just everything else trimmed. His haircuts take some time, so I had to work a little harder to keep him occupied. I brought M&M's, chocolate is always a way to keep behavior under control.

Mike needed a haircut too. Great Clips got some great business from us the other night.

We then went to Target. We finished buying most of the kids summer wardrobe. Finally, a stop at Kohl's to buy Mike some shoes (his work shoes had a split all the way through and with the wet weather, he was getting wet feet).

Okay, knowing you did it all successfully makes my terror of taking Laura to a salon much less than the terror of cutting her hair myself. Thanks for blazing the trail!

So Cute! Emma looked like she enjoyed herself. Sorry to hear you have been so sick. Hope it is all over for the weekend.
