So, we picked Mike up after work, and drove to Bountiful for Gavin's baptism. There were three kids in the stake getting baptized. It was a nice service. Afterwords, we went to Gavin's house for a "party" (he announced this to the congregation).

Gavin's Baptism
So, the second weekend in May, we had another baptism to attend. I guess I should be glad that we didn't have to choose whose baptism to go to, but it does make for a busy month to spend two weekends at baptisms. The other interesting thing to note is that the baptism was at 5:30 at night. At least this meant that Mike could attend with us.
So, we picked Mike up after work, and drove to Bountiful for Gavin's baptism. There were three kids in the stake getting baptized. It was a nice service. Afterwords, we went to Gavin's house for a "party" (he announced this to the congregation).
I didn't get very good pictures - not even one of the 8 year old boy. Because the "party" was so late, we ate dinner, put Elina in her pajamas, and headed home. My kids wished they could have stayed and played for hours longer. But oh well. We had a great time any way.

We've been to a baptism recently too. They are good for the kids to see. Can you believe that our kids get baptized next year? Man, we are old! :)
