So, we've had an extremely busy last week. After getting home from St. George, Emma had ballet rehearsals on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and a performance on Saturday night (and the following Monday night). Not to mention hosting Bunco on Tuesday. And to top it off, Emma had a preschool graduation on Thursday night.
We invited Grandma Bringhurst up for Emma's preschool graduation and her performance. We hadn't heard from Grandma, but on Thursday around 1:30, she called to say she was coming.
We didn't have great seats, but it was fun to watch. This is Emma doing some actions to some nursery rhymes.
This is Emma getting her diploma from her teacher Mrs. Janae. I just love that she has the kids wear caps. They look so cute.
This is Kennedy and Emma. Kennedy is Emma's favorite friend at preschool. But Emma loves friends, she has so many!!!
This is Mrs. Janae and Emma. Mrs. Janae is a great teacher and Emma loves her so much. They have such a good time together, and Emma is so good for Janae. Janae hands out the praise and Emma eats it up.
It was a good night for Emma.
On Saturday night and Monday night, Emma was in Once Upon A Time . . . Coppelia with the Utah Regional Ballet. The last time Emma had a ballet performance I had to listen to Mike and Ashton whine about it the whole time, so they were not invited. It surprised my mom - Emma was not doing a recital, but she was in the ballet.
We got Emma all ready for the Ballet including getting to wear some make-up. We had specific instructions on how to do hair and make-up. I was disappointed because she doesn't get to bring a costume home, but oh well.
Emma did a great job on stage. She remembered her part and helped the other girls in her group remember too.
This is AnnaLeise and Emma. Emma has had so much fun in ballet making new friends. It has been a good social outlet for her.
This is Emma and her friend Liberty. Emma loves Liberty, she is her best friend at ballet. Emma will miss ballet this summer, but there is always next year.
Great job Emma, we are so proud of you.

Congrats Emma! She looks so grown up and pretty in her ballet costume, Andrea! Can you believe that you will have TWO kids in school next year? Crazy!
Go Emma! She is absolutely adorable in that leotard!
