Field Trip

On Oct. 7 Emma had her preschool field trip, neither Mike or I was going to go, but with Mike sick, he stayed home, and I knew he was in no contition to get the kids ready for school or to watch Elina, so I stayed home that day and took the girls to Emma's field trip.  We went to the pumpkin festivities at the Vineyard Greenhouse.

We skipped the corn maze but still got to do my favorite part - see the hanging gords.

Some of them get huge.

Then we took the kids to the animals and the first play area.  Emma had a great time playing.

Then we had to get a group shot.

Some of the kids were in Emma's class last year, but some are new.  And it's nice that there are more boys this year, last year, there were only 2 boys in Emma's class.  (Emma is third from the left).

Then we saw more animals, went on to a different play area, did a fairy tail walk (lite up) and off to pick our very own pumpkin.

Emma had a great time, and we weren't there too long, which made it great for me and Elina.  Elina was great!!!

It was good that I got to spend that time with my girls.
