Valentine's Day

Truth be told, I have good intentions, yet little follow through.  But this year for Valentine's I did something.  I bought fruit and chocolate and we had chocolate covered fruit for dessert that night. 

 Doesn't it look good.

The kids thought it was great fun to dip, and they loved eating it.  It was delicious.  And it gave the kids something to look forward to.

 

Mike and I did our Valentine's night out on Wednesday, the 17.  We went to the Banff Mountain Film Festival, and had dinner at Rubios.  I sure love this family!
