Last Friday night was Date Night but it was our turn to babysit. And yet, there was a snag in the plans. Karyn's daughter Lilly had a fever and runny nose. So, we postponed and made other arrangements. It actually worked good for us. Mike and his siblings gave Mike's parents a room in Park City and tickets to two sessions of conference. So, on Friday night, we, along with several other siblings, drove to Park City. We ate dinner a Baja Cantina and then went swimming at their hotel. Dinner was 15 people, 1 child in a high chair and 2 babies on laps. So, you can imagine how fun it was for all of us to pile into a hotel room and get ready to go swimming. But it was so worth it. The
Park City Mountainside Marriott has the best swimming facilities. A nice heated outdoor pool (big) and 6 (count them six) hot tubs with waterfalls even. It was great.
Here are some pictures of us hanging out in the room after we went swimming. We all drove home that nice and left Mike's parents to enjoy the rest of their night alone.

Saturday and Sunday brought on Conference. Mike worked all day Saturday, so I watched what I could while I entertained the kids.
Sunday Mike and I were both home, but the kids were pretty good. We got to watch most the morning session with minor interruptions and the same could be said for the afternoon session.
Sunday evening was a little awkward. Mike was to go into work for a few hours, but didn't go in right at 5:00 and then didn't go in at all. So, dinner was grilled cheese. Oh well, it was good to be together as a family.
